However, due to the ever-changing nature of flowers, seasonality, and regional availability, we may occasionally need to substitute specific blooms while maintaining the overall essence of your arrangement.

Here's how we ensure your floral message remains perfect:

• Maintaining the Look and Feel: We prioritize the overall design of your arrangement, considering shape, size, style, and color combinations.
• Similar Substitutions: If a specific flower variety is unavailable, we'll replace it with a comparable bloom of equal or greater value.
  • For single-variety arrangements, color substitutions will be made within the same flower type (e.g., yellow daisies for white daisies).
  • Similar color substitutions may be made for roses (e.g., white for cream, peach for pink).
  • Orchid substitutions may involve color variations (e.g., purple for white).
• Plant Substitutions: Similar plants of equal or greater value may be substituted for green or blooming plants. For unique plants like orchids, we'll prioritize the type while potentially substituting the color. Plant containers will closely resemble your original selection.
• Gift Basket Substitutions: We may occasionally substitute basket contents with items of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and timely delivery.

Special Occasion Deliveries: For crucial events like funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, we prioritize timely delivery. If your chosen flowers are unavailable and we cannot reach you, we may substitute them with an equally beautiful and valuable option to ensure your floral message arrives on time.
