Delivery Information: Bringing Your Florals Home Safely

Delivery Timeframes:

While we can't guarantee specific delivery times, we typically deliver orders within four hours. Feel free to request a preferred timeframe in the special instructions box during checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate it!

Recipient Availability:

If the recipient isn't home upon delivery, the approach may vary based on the location:

• Safe Place Delivery: In some cases, the delivery person may leave the flowers with a trusted neighbor for safekeeping until the recipient returns.
• Delivery Notification: If a safe place isn't available, the delivery person may leave a message for the recipient to reschedule delivery.

Recipient Contact:

Occasionally, the florist may contact the recipient to confirm they'll be home to receive the delivery.

Leaving at the Door:

We understand the convenience of doorstep delivery, but we strongly discourage it. Leaving arrangements unattended increases the risk of damage or theft. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged products due to this request.

For a guaranteed smooth delivery, please ensure the recipient is available at the delivery address.
